Dr. Michael Kiewe believes that the best stories, like the best science, are driven by curiosity, pattern-finding, and creative problem-solving. After earning a Ph.D. in Physics, completing advanced study in Astronomy, and receiving multiple teaching awards, Michael saw firsthand that students learn most deeply when they are actively engaged, challenged, and invited to think on their feet.

He founded Infinity Quest to offer a more intentional alternative to slow, rule-heavy play or unfocused “sandbox” sessions. Drawing on over a decade of experience in improvisational storytelling, education, and hundreds of role-playing sessions with children and adults across Asia, Europe, and North America, Michael designs adventures where pacing is tight, choices matter, and every player has a meaningful role in the story.

The goal is not simply to win encounters, but to help students practice collaboration, creative reasoning, and resilience. Each session encourages players to connect clues, adapt to new information, and stay curious about both the story unfolding at the table and the wider world beyond it.
